Nancy L. Oakes developed and set in motion a philosophy of over all wellness that impacted and altered the entire Dallas Retirement Industry over a 20-year span. Mrs. Oakes is serving as Community Director in charge of marketing for The Hamptons at Greenridge in Tyler , and embraces Brian Clarkes dynamic philosophy and recognizes his impact on our growing senior population.

Nancy says” Healing incorporates not only the numbers from data about the body, like blood counts or temperatures, but also how we are feeling and what we are thinking. Health and healing relate to body mind and spirit. Because they are not separate, distinct pieces of who we are; we are whole.

Nancy is married to Kenneth Oakes and has three children and four grandchildren. Although born in Dallas, Texas Nancy has a great love for east Texas as her paternal grandfather was born and raised in Tyler. Nancy works with animal rights, helping several agencies that rescue dogs, and is whole-heartedly enthusiastic about preserving and caring for our environment.
